The fabulous patio with its columns, the centre of the house, is richly decorated with paintings, sculptures and objects coming straight from Italy. It is beautifully planted with trees to provide freshness and you will enjoy sitting down to lunch or coffee in the small lounge.

The rooms have all been restored with their own theme, upholstered in different colours and equipped with bathrooms. Three rooms are located around the Patio, all rooms are air-conditioned.

The building is designed in a perfectly symmetrical way, on a rectangular base. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by two staircases.

The ground floor lounges contain numerous paintings, decorative objects, sculptures, etc. A library lounge on one side with sofas and a desk, in the central room a piano and in the opposite lounge, comfortable sofas where one likes to meet during the spring evenings after a day discovering the beautiful region. The richness of the details, the decorations and the furniture testify to the history that the owners wished to transmit to you while making you feel at home.

The large dining room is in the same area as the fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, the beautiful private garden with its shimmering flowers and large trees has a relaxing area, a terrace with chairs and a table, ideal for outdoor dining with a pleasant view of the Sierra hills. A summer kitchen is located under the pool.
