Accommodation

With its traditional architecture, the villa is built over two levels and has been completely renovated in a contemporary and welcoming style. The air-conditioned living space offers open plan living with views over the swimming pool and the sea and the most comfortable living room with sumptuous sofas and soft cushions. An open and well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals of your choice to enjoy around the dining table for 8 guests, indoors by the living room or outside under the pergola. The cosy and warm textiles, combined with a modern decor make this living room a pleasant and relaxing space.

This holiday home offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and one bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms upstairs. The master suite with king size bed and television is located on the ground floor and has access to the terrace with splendid views of the swimming pool and the sea. The other two bedrooms with double beds, overlook the patio outside at the rear of the house. With access from the outside, two bedrooms with a double bed share a bathroom, making them ideal for teenagers or if you are traveling with staff.

On the terrace, everything has been thought out for the perfect holiday. The deck is designed to take full advantage of the space, lulled by the sound of the waves from the sea views, with Altea and the Sierra de Bernia in the distance.
