Located in the Montemolar area, the charming holiday villa Alegria offers a splendid view of the sea. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, this house is a real haven of peace, offering great facilities, and is ideal for a large family.
Accommodation
Let’s enter the large living space, with on one side the air-conditioned and very welcoming living room with noble materials, and a colour palette inviting to relaxation. The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa covered with cushions as well as low nesting tables, facing the openings on the covered terrace. This room has bay windows and an opening onto the outside terrace.
Next to it is the dining room with a large table, seats and a comfortable bench for enjoying the day. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, perfect for preparing fine food.
The large living area opens onto a terrace with an outdoor seating area, ideal for a limonada with freshly picked lemons from the garden.
Downstairs is a lovely pool surrounded by loungers, perfect for enjoying the Costa Blanca sunshine and the tranquillity of the place.
This pretty Alegria holiday villa welcomes you and your family to its six air-conditioned bedrooms. Three of the rooms have a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are recommended for children, one of the bedrooms has 90cm bunk beds, the other two have 110cm beds. The bathroom with shower is adjacent to all three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the flat below the house, close to the pool. The flat has a sitting area, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Numerous textiles, curtains and cushions make the sleeping area an exquisite place to rest.
