Piccola House is a complex of two houses located less than 500 meters from the sea. Very comfortable, spacious and equipped with high quality materials, the houses welcome you up to twenty people in a soft environment, for a perfect stay. on the Costa Blanca.

Accommodation

Built on two buildings and in a beautiful setting, the villa Piccola, recently renovated by its owners, has been tastefully decorated in an elegant and contemporary style. The two
houses are separated by the swimming pool and green spaces.

The two houses are composed of two living rooms each, the first one has on the first floor a kitchen and a dining room that can be arranged as a meeting room. The professional kitchen
will be the place of all the gastronomic creations to be prepared for your guests, gathered around the indoor or outdoor dining room according to your wishes. A private chef can be
put at your disposal.

In the second house, you can take advantage of a professional billiard table for games between friends, a bar with comfortable sofas to enjoy a delicious cocktail. The long
openings on the terrace offer a view on the swimming pool and the garden decorated with palm trees.

The Villa Piccola House is composed of ten rooms with a bathroom and views on the swimming pool or on the garden. Four suites are in the main building, the six other rooms are in the
front building.
